Röhlig Australia receives the Sir Ken Robinson Innovation and Creativity Award 

Sydney, November 2019. In November Röhlig Australia was recognized at Australia’s most prestigious HR awards program, the Australian Human Resource Institute’s (AHRI) Awards.

Röhlig was selected as a finalist for the Sir Ken Robinson Innovation and Creativity Award for the work undertaken, in collaboration with Learning Ventures, to reinvent our culture, innovate and collaborate to achieve our strategic goals.As a result, three strategic initiatives were launched: 

• Ignite Sales
• Better Ways
• Röhlig Player Mindset

The program saw our culture shift to collaborative, open behaviors that drive innovation and creative solutions. Congratulations to all of the winners on the night and to all of the Röhlig team players involved in this wonderful program.
