Section 301 Tariffs – Phase 4

On August 13, 2019 the US Trade Representative announced that the items listed in phase 4 of the section 301 China tariffs would be split into two groups with list 4a to go into effect on 9/1/19 and list 4b to go into effect on 12/15/19. The release may be found below.
