Since 2016, Rohlig Malaysia has been serving customers in one of the world's most important trade hubs. Alongside Malaysia's rapid development, our locally-based team has been keenly aware of the need for innovative solutions for customers across the country. It was for this reason that in 2020, the company unveiled domestic cargo transportation services and established a one-stop shop for tailor-made supply chain and storage solutions at our Subang Jaya warehousing facility.
The fully-equipped warehouse, conveniently located close to Port Klang, Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL) and the Kuala Lumpur CBD, offers an efficient cross-docking and storage hub for customers from across a range of industries including machinery, electronics, fast-moving consumer goods, packaging material, medical supplies and devices, and baby products.
Spacious, safe and certified
The CCTV-monitored Subang Jaya facility comprises 60,000 sq ft of storage space across two wings, with 24-hour on-site security staff. Also based on-site are Röhlig's own warehouse staff as well as our forwarding office.
The warehouse floor is lined with racking measuring (Height) 6000 x (Depth) 900 x (Width) 2700, with a loading capacity of 2000 kg per beam. Overall, there is space for 4,000 pallets plus bulk goods and staging areas.
In addition, the facility is Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMD) certified.
Services on offer include warehousing, cross-docking, local/regional distribution and a full spectrum of value-added services, all with the aim of enhancing customer resilience against supply chain disruption, as well as increasing supply chain sustainability.
Evolving with your business needs
Pick and pack, re-packing, returns management, buyer's consolidation, inventory management and barcode processing and printing are just some of our value-add deliverables. Services can be tailored to individual customer requirements.
Our Subang Jaya team will also soon be able to handle bonded cargo in addition to non-bonded, and further space expansions are on the horizon in order to cater for growing demand.
