Warehouse Operator

Responsibilities

  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations    
  • Operate and maintain preventively warehouse material handling equipment (Forklift, Reach Truck and PPT)    
  • Develop an effective communication and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers
  • Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits / stocks take / cycle count                                    
  • Provide reconciliation report for any variances or discrepancies    
  • Receive and process warehouse inbound procedures (unload, label, putaway and storing)
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilization
  • Carry out any other duties as and when required by superior.    

 

Skills required

  • At least 3 - 5 years'experience in similar capacity in warehousing and distribution.            
  • WMS, CargowiseOne WMS, Microsoft Office
  • In depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent command of English 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High level of accuracy 
  • Highly motivated, resilient and patient 
  • Enjoys working as part of a team
  • Applicant must be eligible to work in Singapore legally
