National Sales Coordinator & Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
- Provide general sales reporting and analysis that assists in monitoring sales performance
- Leading sales Co-ordinators for driving efficiencies/ effectiveness and ways of working
- Specific focus on and responsibility for opportunity pipeline management, sales lead management, CRM, sales reporting, sales commission reporting, visitor coordination and marketing tools.
- Active involvement in KLT / GTL budgets and supporting Sales management in achieving targets
- Partner with Sales Management in driving any new strategic initiatives
- Monitor adherence to procedures & processes of Sales by Sales and Sales Supports – as defined in QP 700/700-8/700-9/700-10 of the Quality Handbook.
- Active involvement during formulation of annual sales budgets
- Develop local marketing plan with local sales and align it with Global Marketing
- Develop and implement local communication material in cooperation with Global Marketing. Manage local product and local trade lane marketing.
- Manage customer newsletter and local updates ,by collecting and writing articles and sending it out through social media and internal platform.
- Initiate and co-ordinate customer events and exhibitions
- Order advertising material from global web shop
- Handle local references and report them to Operative Marketing & Measure marketing activities effectiveness.
Skills required
- Good knowledge of freight forwarding business and products and operative marketing, minimum Graduation with Eight years of experience
- Good analytical skills with regard to discover business potential with existing global and local accounts
- Engage with stakeholders at high level, motivate and coordinate people remotely
- Structured work approach and ability to deal with complex data and MIS
- Result Driven person. Understanding sales processes and customer needs
- Ability to communicate effectively in English/ (other local language), both verbally and in writing
- View for design as well as detail-oriented for marketing and branding
- Excellent user skills for MS Office, especially Power point
