Update on the master contract negotiations between the International Longshoremen's Association ("ILA") and the United States Maritime Alliance ("USMX")

Please note that ocean carriers (VOCCs) have declared Force Majeure for all vessels in transit to US East Coast and Gulf Coast ports.
