We educate communities about eye health, and with the help of key partners, distribute vital antibiotics to treat and prevent serious eye conditions. We provide crucial eye health information via radio broadcasts, film screenings and educational materials.

The India team has decided to do local relief work with various smaller organizations in each city, because of the challenging year India has had this was deemed a better solution than one large monetary donation.
Some cities will be able to volunteer, donate medicine, grains, etc. soon as restrictions have been lifted, whereas others will need to wait for a safer environment.

There are roughly 10 and 15% of young people between the ages of 16 and 18 droping out of school. Ultimately, if nothing is done to help them rediscover a taste for learning, many of them will have difficulty finding work and integrating into society as active, responsible citizens.
Since 2010, the Fighting School Dropout program with the Fondation de France has worked alongside the French Ministry of Education in supporting new approaches based on three pillars:
-
Involve parents and families in the educational context.
-
Use alternative teaching methods to help develop the love of learning.
-
Implement collaborative modes of organization and governance, in which decisions are made in tandem with students.
